Employee requirements:

IPM requires our employees to have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience in the IT industry, must not have any facial hair and must have a clean haircut. Piercings and visual tattoos are not allowed at all. Casual wear clean clothes are required for all trips to any job site wether it is a residental customer or business customer. Clean tennis shoes are required for each job. A good attitude is a must when dealing with our customers. All our employees must be 100% drug free.
