Bio & Background:

I started late in the IT field as my previous profession was a Surgical Technologist. After a year in the medical field I decided this career path was not for me so started taking some college courses for IT. And have been working in the IT field since 2004.

Fun Fact:

Once I participated on a TV Spanish singing game show calls Don Francisco. Also I didn’t tell anyone; so when I go work the next day in the middle of surgery the Surgeon tells everyone to be quiet switches the spotlight to me and makes me sing. lol

I like resolving issues for users.

What is the biggest IT myth you wish people would stop believing?

Using the browser incognito mode does not make you invisible. It just keep from storing browsing history.
