The company has grown significantly requiring a new construction office to keep up with the demands of their clients.

Challenge

As owner of the company, Mike Rivenbark’s task was to ensure his new office was properly designed and outfitted to handle his companies needs well into the future.

Not only does All Seasons Roofing have a large workforce, it is also spread all over the area with crew working all across North Carolina. With this in mind they also needed a cutting edge phone system that can help them stay organized and in touch when their staff as well as their clients call.

Up time, speed, and efficiency was of great importance.

Solution

IPM Computers rose to the task by designing a fully cloud managed system that included a wall mounted server depth rack that enclosed a PoE switch, unified threat management router, as well as APC battery backup.

We also implemented a Ubiquiti Unifi wireless system with several access points throughout the building to ensure overlap giving redundancy and reliability across the entire property for wireless connectivity.

For the telecom services we implemented a 3CX cloud voice over IP platform utilizing Yealink phones. This enabled us to set up the phones to do exactly what the staff at All Seasons needed in order to keep up with the rising demand of their clients.

Results

Upon opening day everything went smooth. We assisted in moving their systems from their old office to their new office keeping down time to a minimum.

Utilizing Spectrum internet, the office has maintained a perfect up time with no issues over the past six months.

The system has plenty of room to grow and adapt with any changes or growth the company may incur.
